My name is Daniel Macdonald, and this past Christmas I was diagnosed with a
gluten sensitivity. It wasn't a fun switch from my every day normal diet to
a gluten free diet. A friend of mine at work told me about the gluten free
bakery in chippawa so I visited not expecting much of an improvement from
what I was buying in stores. But I was wrong! The food at your bakery is
amazing, as soon as I got there I started smiling while trying your breads
and now I still smile every time I eat the bread or one of your baked goods.
